I actually just looked this up on YouTube because somehow between watching the parade and getting blackout drunk, I missed it live on every network offered in Philly. How was the speech broadcast without even a 6 second delay? I’m not complaining, but cripes… the guy had been drinking for 78 consecutive hours… there’s gonna be a chance he might slip up and say something like that.

I’d be surprised if that was a slip up… look at him right after he says “World Champions” the first time… he looks back at someone as though to say, “Should I do it? I’m gonna do it… World FUCKING Champions!”
Side note: My mother just told me about a woman she works with who is looking to get rid of her Utley jersey because of this. Are you kidding me?! I’m looking for an Utley jersey because he did it!
