Well guess what Ryan. We hate you. And your little fun buddies Malkin and Sidney.
This is the marquee matchup in the league. It has everything. It’s got bad blood between two interstate rivals. It features the most talented teams in the league against the team with the most heart. The NFL wishes it had something like this. The NHL has been given a gift in this series. If this conference final makes for compelling television, the NHL can start considering itself relevant in the national media again.
It’s all setup. This is going to be Rocky on ice. Mr. Bettman has to keep the Zebra’s in check, resist the need to fix the series for his golden child and let the drama unfold.
