or would you rather solve his sinkerball problem by lining up Verne Troyer and a couple of Oompa-Loompas in the slot?

Jock: Thanks, Dave, for the following mental image:
The Eagles break the huddle with a patented Donovan McNabb clap; now here comes free agent additions Shawn Bradley and Manute Bol ambling out wide (of course, you have to picture them wearing helmets and shoulder pads, the whole deal). Bradley goes to the far side—he reaches out his incredibly long arm to the side judge, makes sure he is aligned properly. Manute, on the near side, peeks in at the ball, looks ahead again. It’s about to happen. Now, at the same time we have Verne Troyer and an Oompa-loompa gearing up in the slot, arms up, fists clenched. All this comes together when the ball is snapped. Bradley and Bol gallop down the field like giraffes, as if they’re in slow motion, whereas Troyer and the Oompa-Loompa scurry ahead like teetering five year olds. The defense doesn’t know what to make of it. They are baffled. McNabb tries to hit the Oompa-loompa in the slot (who, it turns out, is Greg Lewis) but the ball sails 75 yards over his head…into the waiting arms of Manute Bol for a touchdown…
Dave, I will pass this along to Andy Reid when I see him next. I think the answer is both. Good stuff.
